It includes the vehicle’s selling price, any dealer markup or discount, all dealer-installed equipment and accessories on the vehicle at the time of listing, an $85 document processing charge and a $37 electronic filing charge, and, for used vehicles that require a smog certificate at sale, a $50 emission testing charge (not governmental fees) and the $8.25 state smog certificate fee.
