Hugo, the service department manager was wonderful. Genuine, authentic, warm, kind, friendly, personable. He patiently explained everything to me, and didn't feel pushy or salesy about special offers. He went above and beyond by making sure that I got a loaner car for free when I unexpectedly had to leave my car there overnight.

Always have a great experience with Caruso Mazda. I have brought my car here since we bought our Mazda and Hugo has always done a great job. He keeps us updated and everything is done very efficiently. I also like that they send a video walkthrough of the car with each oil change so you know they are actually checking and doing everything! Would definitely recommend!

Leasing experience was great
10/10 service. I bought my vehicle in a different state, moved here, they transferred all my free oil changes by phone AND I was a walk-in. Also ubered me to the mall and back while waiting. These guys are the best. I felt so safe, accomplished, & like a princess. I forgot both their names but give em a raise!!! Love Caruso. Love Mazda. Thank you!!

Israel was my sales rep and Sam was the finance manager in my recent purchase of the 2025 Mazda CX30 preferred trim. They were both very friendly and answered my questions in depth. I forgot to leave a review back at the end of February when I got my Mazda CX 5 I had a great experience. Staff was patient with me, I didn’t feel pressured. I was nervous as getting a car can be daunting. Israel was super patient as I was having trouble deciding to purchase or finance. Overall they were kind and straightforward about my options. Israel and Gambino were great.

Good service, I had Luis help me, he was very attentive and answered all my questions. My only complaint is I asked for a rental car and they didn’t have one ready that day but the next so I had to call out of work.
I set the terms of our buying process. I started my search online and when ready to commit to buy I told the online sales that when I arrive for formal negotiations, I would only talk to the person I had spoke to on the phone. Salesman Rid was very helpful, thorough, and made the buying process very smooth. The dealership credited me a generous amount for my trade, which was notably older in years. Finance Manager Joshua was very genuine and supportive as well. After a lot of research, I landed on a certified used car which was beautifully kept inside and out; they washed it and filled the tank before sending me home.
