10/10 service. I bought my vehicle in a different state, moved here, they transferred all my free oil changes by phone AND I was a walk-in. Also ubered me to the mall and back while waiting. Israel was my sales rep and Sam was the finance manager in my recent purchase of the 2025 Mazda CX30 preferred trim. They were both very friendly and answered my questions in depth. I set the terms of our buying process. I started my search online and when ready to commit to buy I told the online sales that when I arrive for formal negotiations, I would only talk to the person I had spoke to on the phone. I've had to use Caruso Collision center twice in tbe past 6 months, and each time has been great. They're professional and my car looks like new and they're nice and accommodating.

The service personnel are very friendly and helpful. The sales department is easy to work with.

Once he had it lifted and brought back down he was able to hear it and determine that it was a shock. Luis handled my car when the oil light kept coming on between oil changes and was great at keeping me in the loop on what was going on. They are both great!
